As a Business Systems Analyst at GEO Digital Partners, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our operational systems, processes, and workflows. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and facilitate the implementation of systems enhancements.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
- Provide training and support for system users.
- Primarily remote work with flexibility.
- Possibility of transitioning to our Toronto office.
- Ample notice will be given for any on-site work transition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in documenting requirements and technical specifications.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages.
- Business process improvement certifications.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, or similar CRM tools.
- Technical aptitude and quick learning ability.
